Hello, it's been a minute! I hope your December is off to a better start than mine. While travelling in Mauritius in November, I developed a hectic ear infection and I have temporarily lost half my hearing. Doctors say it will come back, but it will take a while, and I've had to cancel my trip to Australia for Christmas. Luckily, I'll be able to spend time with my family in Belgium now :) (Despite the painful medical ordeal, we still had an absolutely wonderful time on this paradise island)...
Summer arrived, and I got crazy busy with work and events! This is why I haven't sent you an email since June 🤯 The latest project I did was quite a lot of work, which is why I'm so happy with the end result. The Tron: Ares launch event in London last week just ticked over 350,000 plays. I worked with a VFX artist, a second shooter and two editors to turn a two hour shoot into something quite special! For about 200,000 people in the UK, this week is an absolute highlight of the year. Glastonbury 2025 is about to kick off, one of the world's largest music and arts festivals. This BBC documentary about the build of Arcadia, one of my favourite stages, is a great insight (featuring some great hyperlapse footage) into what it means to craft one of many experiences in the fields.
