Summer arrived, and I got crazy busy with work and events! This is why I haven't sent you an email since June 🤯 The latest project I did was quite a lot of work, which is why I'm so happy with the end result. The Tron: Ares launch event in London last week just ticked over 350,000 plays. I worked with a VFX artist, a second shooter and two editors to turn a two hour shoot into something quite special! Watch the launch video here: https://www.instagram.com/p/DPTZlc4CLhI/ And below is a brief roundup of timelapse and camera industry news 📸 News RoundupGoPro has finally released the MAX2 360 camera. It's been a long time coming, will it deliver on the (very high) expectations? Time will tell. Enlaps has announced the Tikee Mini Plus, an updated version of their smaller long-term timelapse camera. They've also very recently announced the Tikee Sentinel, a modular security add-on. More info here. Nikon has announced the Nikon ZR, an exciting, smaller camera with the new R3D NE RAW video file format. Canon has announced the C50, a compact cinema-style camera which seems like a great all-rounder. Plantcam is a mini plant-focused timelapse camera startup, I have yet to test mine out. iFootage has released the Shark slider PICO, I have their nano slider and am about to review it too. Timelapse in the newsEvery now and then, I put "timelapse" in the Google search bar and filter for recent news, which is how I found out about this Scandinavian church being moved over 5 kilometers! https://www.bbc.co.uk/news/resources/idt-f59e6f5d-1dd0-4893-a52f-162b60a695d9 May the clouds be in your favor 🌥️ Matthew

For about 200,000 people in the UK, this week is an absolute highlight of the year. Glastonbury 2025 is about to kick off, one of the world's largest music and arts festivals. This BBC documentary about the build of Arcadia, one of my favourite stages, is a great insight (featuring some great hyperlapse footage) into what it means to craft one of many experiences in the fields. I look forward to capturing some fun hyperlapse clips on my 360 camera this year :) Industry News When I started...

And a personal project about my favourite local park London Fields got a few people excited too. I am also posting a lot more on TikTok lately, mostly business tips for creators and other handy things. Industry News Panasonic recently released three new cameras, the Lumix S1RII, S1II, and S1IIE. I'm hoping to test the S1II or S1RII for an...
